Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5–10 days. Funds are restored to the original payment method in USD.

Items should be in their original packaging where possible. Because we prioritize customer satisfaction, minor open-box conditions do not void your refund entitlement on this platform.
